Des Advisory is a specialist construction project management and advisory consultancy based in West Perth, Western Australia.
Founded by Aleesha Des in 2026, Des Advisory was established to provide a collaborative, agile and client-focused approach to project delivery — combining strategic advisory construction and project planning expertise with practical industry experience across the full project lifecycle.
We selectively partner with clients where we can genuinely add value through direct senior involvement, trusted relationships and tailored project leadership.

About:
Aleesha Des

Aleesha Des is the Founder and Director of Des Advisory. Prior to establishing Des Advisory in 2026, Aleesha spent five years as Director and Co-Founder of a boutique project management consultancy based in Subiaco, Western Australia.
Aleesha holds the following qualifications:

Graduate Certificate in Development Planning (Town Planning)

Bachelor of Commerce (Property)
With extensive experience across development, client-side project management and construction delivery, Aleesha brings a unique end-to-end understanding of the built environment and development process.
Aleesha’s career has included leadership roles across major development and infrastructure portfolios, including a previous role as Lead Project Manager (WA) for bp Australia, where she was responsible for the delivery of the Western Australian service station development and redevelopment portfolio.
In addition to industry leadership, Aleesha is passionate about contributing to the broader property and project management profession. Her professional and community involvement includes:
